Vice President Industrial

Clayton Kendall is responsible for Scarborough Lane Development’s Industrial Division including acquisitions, due diligence, marketing, project management and disposition.

Prior to joining Scarborough Lane Development, Clayton worked in land acquisitions for Forestar Dallas Fort Worth division. His past experience also includes managing real estate and government affairs for TNW Corporation, a short-line railroad holding company based in Dallas and owned by Murchison Capital. Clayton is a real estate consultant and a licensed real estate professional with a degree in Finance from Baylor University.
