Bruce D Browne
Mr. Browne is responsible for the feasibility analysis and due diligence studies of projects and brokerage opportunities for both acquisitions and sales. He prepares and coordinates the purchase and sale agreements, builder lot sales contracts, entity formations, HOA formation, real estate closings, marketing and asset management for the projects. Additional duties include due diligence and feasibility analysis on potential land acquisitions.
A graduate of Texas Tech University (BBA Marketing), he has more than 24 years of real estate development, finance, brokerage, marketing, property management and asset management experience. Prior to joining this group, Mr. Browne was Vice President of Realty Capital Corporation.
