Jake Finch

Senior Project Manager

Jake serves as a Project Manager at Scarborough Lane Development. He is focused on the design, construction, value engineering, asset management, and budget of residential communities from project conception through lot delivery and build-out. His tenure at Scarborough Lane includes the development of over 5,500 residential lots totaling $200M in infrastructure. His experience includes residential development from in-fill developments to large rural master planned communities.

Previous to his position at Scarborough Lane Development, he worked for an International real estate developer focusing on high end residential properties.

He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science.
